Below is the definitive response regarding the agreed value with
Footman James. I have asked as a matter of urgency that this matter is
made much clearer in future to ensure members are fully aware of the
process. Regarding the outstanding commission, I am dealing with this
as a matter of urgency but data protection means that I cannot access
the members insurance file and alter their status as recognised as a
club member. The task therefore will take a little more time.
As discussed, we are unable to contact all of the club members who may
have started the agreed value process and for whatever reason did not
complete the task, again due to the restrictions within the data
protection. All members who do not have 'Agreed value' highlighted on
their policy need to do is contact customer services to confrim their
position.
To ensure this position cannot raise its unattractive head in the
future, its important that members always highlight the fact that they
are members of the club.
A: To guarantee the best price with club discount
B: To allow us to pay the club where the members insurance file shows
they are a member.
