IMPORTANT BILLING INFORMATION 

There have been a lot of changes at Billing this past year, and it has been taken over by Hoseasons, which has affected a lot of things especially to do with the rallies. Please read the following information carefully. 

VBOA National Rally, Billing Aquadrome

• This year VBOA visitors will have to pre-book for camping if they wish to enjoy the special VBOA rates
• To pre-book call 01604 408181 and select option 2. Do not use the on-line booking facility on the Billing web site. On quoting reference number you will receive the agreed VBOA rates
• Anyone using reference code by Wednesday June 30th at the latest will receive the special VBOA camping rates of £15 per 24 hour period for Friday and Saturday and £20 for Thursday and Sunday. If staying on overnight Sunday, departure must be by 10.00am Monday morning
• The non-VBOA rate for Friday and Saturday is £25 per 24 hour period
• Payment can be by debit or credit card or by cheque if enough time is allowed for clearance
• On arrival at Billing, the pre-booked entry tickets and a VBOA windscreen sticker will be issued at the gate. The sticker indicates to the stewards and Billing security that the holder is entitled to be on one of the designated VBOA fields.
• Electrical hook ups will have to be booked for specific pitches and will cost £6.00 extra per night. Very few of these are on our designated fields.
• Day visitors will be charged £10 entry. There is no need to pre-book.
• All tariffs apply to one vehicle and trailer/caravan/tent plus up to 4 adults.
• In addition to booking camping the new leisure centre facilities can be pre-booked as follows:
• 3 day family (2 adults + 2 children) pass £30
• day family pass £10
• Adult single session £5
• Child single session £3
• Autojumble set up on Friday July 9th
• Show days July 10th and 11th.   

Please contact me either by phone, text or email to get the reference code, quoting your club membership number. As it says, if you do not pre book for overnight camping, you will be charged £25 per night and not £15.

Day entries is still £10 per day, and you do not need to pre book, just book into the club stand with your membership card, although I would appreciate you letting me know you are coming, so that I have an idea of numbers. If stickers are issued this year, you will get one on booking in which must be displayed on your car. We are not happy about all this, but it is out of our hands. 

Please remember all entrants whether weekend or day visitors on the club stand must book in with me. This is very important this year, as Billing is now open to anyone booking in, and so to stop just anyone camping on the club stands. Security will be very tight, with extra security staff employed by the VBOA to remove any vehicles that should not be on the stand.
