With the classic car insurance you have it is vitally important that you have an "agreed value" for your Vauxhall. Check with your insurance company that this is the case.

 

Usually the insurance company will ask for 6 photo's (front, back, both sides, interior & Engine bay) & an independant written valuation. You may get charged for the valuation but it will be money well spent.

 

Also once you have gone through the process above you then have to update the valuation approximately every 3 years. Always check with your insurance that the value information is up to date, it is too late when something happens & you only get paid market value.
