Your Committee have selected a number of events in 2010 where we feel the Cresta Club can put on a good show, not only to spread our name to try to increase membership, but to give members every opportunity to meet & chat amongst themselves. If any member would like to suggest other events, especially those outside of the home counties and would be willing to organise a Cresta Club meeting point, please contact any member of your committee whose contact details are on page 3 of the Griffin Gazette or on the "Who's Who" page of the website. Cresta Club flags & bunting are available to set up a simple stand at an event you are considering.

 

At Luton Festival Of Transport & Billing VBOA we see about thirty members cars. This is less than 10% of membership of 450 cars, so you can see why we are looking for ways to see more of our members cars at events during 2010.

 

We would like to consider the possibility of having a Christmas Dinner at a location that can offer overnight accommodation to encourage members to come greater distances. We will be asking your views as the season progresses.

 

Please remember that circumstances concerning events can change at the last minute, the weather often being the culprit. Please verify the event before you travel, especially if it is a long way to come.
