1963 Vauxhall Cresta PB Hydramatic Automatic 2.6Litre - For Sale - 69000 Miles
As you can see, the car is in really good shape & the leather is in excellent condition - looking for sensible offers.
My brother-in-law / wife's brother, Colin died in January this year after a 5 month battle with Pancreatic cancer. He wasn't married or had any kids, so we are his family. He left us some cars to sell as he bought & sold some cars as a hobby and to earn a few extra bob, as he didn't have a good paying job.
He really loved his 1963 Vauxhall Cresta PB 2.6L Hydramatic Automatic and kept it garaged on the farm that he worked in. He used to drive it about the farm to keep it moving etc. I would like to sell it within the next few weeks as the farmer wants his garage space back. The car is not taxed or MOT'd.

This Cresta is in lovely condition both inside and out. It has been beautifully restored over the last 12 months and has been my personal project which I am really proud of. I am selling this car reluctantly as my garage lease is due to expire shortly and I have nowhere else to put this piece of work. Over the last 12 months the following work has been done....Full re-spray, taken back to bare metal, Full Service, All new Brake Callipers and Pads, New Clutch, New Tyres (and white walls)Every item of chrome has been re-chromed, New Hub Caps.
This car is Tax exempt and you may note the Registration plate of the car (this is valuable alone)

1965 Vauxhall Cresta PB. 4 speed manual.Dark green with pale green roof. The car is in lovely condition all round and is taxed(free) and tested for 12 months. Good interior apart from rear backrest which is from another Cresta and is cream not green. Absoutely solid underneath.

Having sold last year a 59 Victor,one owner,20k genuine miles,showroom condition,you can see I am fussy old bugger!!
I bought the Victor while hunting for a Cresta,was too good to miss but I have always hankered after a Cresta,as my Grandfather had one new and it was the first car I drove.
So it is a real trip down memory lane,I am after!!
Any information you or any member of your club can give me to help fulfill my dream would be much appreciated. Needless to say I would join up as soon as I found a car. I am still a member of the Victor Owners Club.
